The Disciple Making Movement strategy has proven to be fruitful – but to embrace this strategy across all of the Fellowship International fields requires a lot of work.

What DMM practitioners have discovered is that groups multiply when leaders are coached using best practices. By multiplying well-trained coaches, groups can expand and multiply.

Fellowship International has asked me to develop and implement the training of national coaches so this strategy can multiply effectively.
